Shipment of your package
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via the carrier of your choice with tracking and drop-off without signature.
Whichever shipment choice you did, we will send you a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage costs. The preparation fee is fixed, while the shipping fee varies according to the total weight of the package. We recommend you to combine all your items in only one order. We can't group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile objects.
Boxes are appropriately sized and your items are properly protected.
For all damaged parcels on arrival, you must check the contents and condition of the goods in the presence of the delivery man. If necessary, make a complaint immediately to the delivery man who must notify it in his delivery.
